On Friday, June 7 2024, nine SPA track and field athletes competed at the Single A State Track and Field Meet at STMA. The Spartans had an extraordinary afternoon, clocking multiple personal best finishes. Among them included TWO Spartans finishing as State Champions in their respective events! Elizabeth Tuttle ’26 finished first in the 300m hurdles and second overall in the 100m hurdles. Oliver Thompson ’25 finished first in the 400m.

Other state participants were: 

• Girls 4×800 Relay: Sophie Kannapiran ’28, Clare Ryan Bradley ’26, Paloma Good ’27 & Maren Overgaard ’26
• Boys 4×400 Relay: Roman Hozalski ’27, Langston Thompson ’27, Nico Martin ’27 & Oliver Thompson ’25
• 800m: Paloma Good ’27
• Long Jump: Clare Ryan Bradley ’26
